Beginning June 7, 2021, Branigan Library will resume normal Library Hours. Browsing collections in the Media, Children’s, Young Adult, Adult Fiction and Non-Fiction, Genealogy, Spanish Language areas will now be open. The Periodical Room and Study Rooms are also available. Unvaccinated Patrons must wear a mask inside the building at all times. #backtobranigan #welcomeback #thelibraryisopen

Friday and Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Computer Lab Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM to 7:47 PM**
Friday and Saturday: 10:00 AM to 5:45 PM**
Sunday: Closed
**The computer lab closes 15 minutes early to give staff time to wipe down computers and prepare the lab for the next day.  

The Munson Branch Library is now open with new hours.
Monday - Friday; 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

The Sage Branches will remain closed.

All items being returned need to be placed in the outside book drop located on the side of the building or inside the lobby in the automated book return. Fines and fees are still being waived. The Library is not currently accepting donations of books, videos or magazines.

Library Cards

Do you need a library card to access our digital services from home? 

A happy little girl reading a book A FREE library card is available to Dona Ana County, New Mexico residents with a valid photo ID with a current address, or a valid photo ID and a current proof of address, such as a utility bill or lease.  New Mexico residents who live outside of Dona Ana county can receive a free library card with a valid photo ID, current proof of address, and a library card from where they live.  Children and teens 17 years and under must have a parent or guardian sign their application for a card. Parents and guardians must have a library account in good standing in order to sign their child up for a card. A $5 replacement fee is charged if the card is lost, stolen or damaged beyond use.
