Notice is hereby given that the Las Cruces City Council will hold a Closed Meeting on Monday, February 3, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. in the Administrative Conference Room #3608, City Hall, 700 N. Main Street, Las Cruces, NM.

The Purpose of the Closed Meeting is:

1.  To discuss pending litigation related to Case No. D-307-CV-2019-01032 and Case No. D-307-CV-2019-03088, which are closed pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-H(7).
2.  To discuss acquisition of real property, which is closed pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-H(8).
