South Mesquite Design Review Board Agenda
The following agenda will be considered by the South Mesquite Design Review Board of the City of Las Cruces, New Mexico, at a public hearing scheduled for Wednesday, May 6, 2020, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The health, safety, and wellbeing of our residents and businesses are a top priority for City Council and the leadership in Las Cruces. Consistent with and in support of the public health order from Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham and the New Mexico Department of Health, the above referenced South Mesquite Design Review Board Meeting will not be open to the public. The subject property is zoned R-4 (High Density Residential and Limited Office District) and is located within the Original Townsite in the South Mesquite Overlay District. 2. Case 20DR0500033: Request to replace windows on the street facing façade of the primary structure located at 1032 E Hadley Avenue.
