  1. Metro Verde Arcadia Final Site Plan: A request for approval of a Final Site Plan, known as Metro Verde Arcadia, located within the Metro Verde South Planned Unit Development (PUD).  The proposed subdivision encompasses 14 + acres, is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development), is located at the southwest corner of Red Hawk Golf Road and Arroyo Road.   The Final Stie Plan proposes 73 single-family residential. The final site plan shall be required to follow all requirements of the Metro Verde PUD Concept Plan.  Submitted by Sierra Norte Development Inc., property owners. Council District 6. (21ZO3000079)
  2. 227 S Main IDP: An Infill Development Proposal (IDP) application submitted by Rocky Burke with Burke Outdoor Advertising Inc., representative, to permit a corner sign on the property located at 227 S Main Street. The property is zoned DDC-MS (Downtown Development Code-Main Street) and encompasses 0.381 + acres in size. Council District 1. (21ZO5000089)

The property is located at 3003, 3003-A, 3003-B, and 3003-B2 Hillrise Drive and is ± .611 acres in size.  Submitted by Kary Bulsterbaum, Steinborn TCN – Commercial Real Estate.  Council District 6.
